EVENT GUIDELINES

AVOID DELAYS: All backstage time is scheduled precisely. Any delay in arrival affects the entire backstage dynamic and may impact your participation in the event.

Inappropriate behaviour, for any reason — such as lack of sleep, misconduct, leaving the assigned area, refusing to wear the brand’s clothing simply because you don’t like it, disobeying rules or instructions, showing disrespect, etc. — will lead to immediate exclusion from the event, without any right to refund.

Family members are not allowed backstage.
If necessary, a member of the team will contact the guardian using the phone number provided. -
All models must strictly follow the given instructions regarding dress code and model kit, without exceptions, otherwise they may be excluded from the event. If any additional information or requirements arise, the agency will contact each model individually via email or message (using the contacts provided in the registration form).

There will be childcare professionals backstage in charge of the younger participants.

During the afternoon, biscuits, fruit, water and coffee will be available to all models. However, all selected models must bring their own snack, which must not contain chocolate, cream, or any food that may stain or dirty the clothes.

After the event ends, parents or guardians must wait at the show venue. The models will come to meet you.

We kindly ask the parents of younger participants to motivate and encourage them positively at home, as the agency does, so that everyone feels recognised for their effort and motivated for the event.
ALL EVENT INFORMATION IS CLEARLY STATED. Please read everything carefully.
Avoid sending messages with questions, as the dress code and schedules are already defined, and the entire organisation will be extremely busy.
TICKETING

Tickets work through a Guest List system. Upon arrival, simply provide the name of the model you are accompanying, and the team will check the number of tickets reserved under that name.
All this information is crucial to ensure the event is memorable for every participant.

DRESS CODE
HOW SHOULD I SHOW UP?
Models must arrive wearing an all-black dress code, preferably with the agency’s t-shirt (for those who have one).
KIDS (ages 5 to 13):

Fitted black t-shirt
-
Fitted black trousers
-
Black sneakers
-
Hair must be washed and straightened — this applies to all ages and all hair types (wavy or curly).
Exception: Afro-textured hair should be styled naturally and defined, without products. -
Basic makeup only: concealer and compact powder (these products will not be applied by the makeup artists).

Nails may only be painted in nude or transparent tones (if painted at all).
NOTE: Wearing clothes of other colours or with patterns is not permitted; outfits must resemble the reference images provided.
All hair must be straightened, except for naturally curly/coily hair, which should be defined and natural.
MODELS ARE NOT ALLOW TO BRING:

Jewellery: bracelets, necklaces, earrings, watches, headbands, etc.

False eyelashes or eyelash extensions — eyelashes must be natural.

Valuable personal items such as wallets (they are not needed during the event).
-
Any fabric or string bracelets — these will be cut off.
IMC Models, The House of Fashion, and Fábrica de Santo Thyrso are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
TEENS & ADULTS (ages 14 to 45):

Fitted black t-shirt or top

Fitted black trousers

Black sneakers or shoes – Men

Black stilettos – Women, minimum 8 cm (only if comfortable walking in them; if not, you must inform the team immediately)

Hair must be washed, dried, and straightened, for all hair types (straight, wavy, or curly), except for Afro-textured hair, which should be defined and without products
-
Basic makeup is mandatory: foundation, concealer, and compact powder (these products will not be applied by the makeup artists) – applies to both Men and Women
-
Natural eyelashes only (false lashes or extensions are strictly forbidden)
-
Well-groomed nails, painted only in nude or transparent tones, with a natural length (see reference photo below)

Full body hair removal required

Fitted nude, black, and white underwear

Nipple covers + strapless bra

Nude stiletto/high-heeled sandals (thin heel)

White sneakers

Snack (water, dry biscuits)

Personal hygiene items: hairbrush/comb, toothbrush, deodorant, wet wipes, mirror, etc.

Makeup kit: foundation, concealer, and powder, with respective brushes
NOTE: Models do not need to bring anything else.
If any specific footwear or clothing item is required, an individual message will be sent to the model concerned. Do not bring extra clothes!
